Storage fee includes the following: space, lift in/lift out, blocking, and stands. Storage fees do NOT include: commissioning, decommissioning, labor, materials, stepping/un-stepping mast, shrink wrap, tarps, covering/uncovering boats.

- Seasonal Land Storage Periods: Dry (out of water) storage is seasonal and not prorated, with the typical season running from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Starting July 4th, summer dry storage rates will apply to boats that remain on land.
- Applicable Taxes and Fees: Rates listed do not include applicable taxes, service fees, or additional charges unless otherwise stated. Taxes and fees will be calculated and added to your total cost at checkout or at the time of billing.
